This is from last Octobers trip to Caddo Lake.

Yes, that’s right. I’ve already applied to 2 spring festivals. I’m waiting for 3 more festivals to post applications online. Setting up my monthly and weekly market schedule for next year. Plus coordinating all of this with events that I am scheduled to photograph next year. Oh wait…there’s more! In the midst of all of this, I’m trying to schedule 2 spring photo trips. Next year is going to be a busy one!

As a photographer, at some point, you have to look at where you’ve been and where you’re going. This was taken in May 2020. That was more than a year before I started selling my photography. I didn’t shoot with much purpose other than pure enjoyment. Some days I wonder if I still shoot that way.
